Time has a funny way of going by when you don't watch television.  At least, not normal television.  I don't watch TV generally, though I do watch shows on DVD.

I've been watching Dead Like Me (the first season) on DVD.  That show is damn good.  Funny, sad, everything that I like in a quirky show.  The only thing that I don't like about watching complete seasons of shows on DVD is that shows are generally formatted to fit an hour of broadcast with commercials, but DVDs don't have commercials (yet).

The only thing that's a problem about that is that I am predisposed to believe that the end of an episode of TV indicates the end of an actual hour of real time.  I just finished watching an episode of DLM, yet it is a 6:45 (or so), and that is messing with my head. 

I can't emphasize enough to you, though, how great this show is.  Watch it, at all costs.
